How do I create an account?

Open the Memorable app and tap "Sign Up" on the login screen. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email.

How does the streak tracking work?

Your streak counts consecutive days you've journaled at least one moment. The streak progresses through Spark (1-3 days), Ember (4-7 days), and Flare (8+ days), with colors changing from yellow to orange to red as your streak grows.

Can I edit or delete my journal entries?

Yes! Tap on any moment in the Moments tab to view it, then tap "Edit" to modify it or "Delete" to remove it.

What is the REDSUN framework?

REDSUN is a framework for creating memorable moments: Risk, Emotion, Dream, Senses, Unique, and Note. The app helps you apply these principles to your daily life through prompts and challenges.

How do daily challenges work?

Each day, you'll receive a new challenge based on the REDSUN framework. You can also browse "Recent Prompts" for additional inspiration. Complete challenges by journaling moments that relate to them.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your journal entries are stored securely and are completely private. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal moments. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! You can create and view journal entries offline. Your data will sync to the cloud when you have an internet connection.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to the Profile tab and tap on any field you'd like to edit. You can update your name, age, location, defining words, and interests.
